Hand veins: Hand veins don't pulsate and hand veins are not prominent on the palmar side of the hand. These may be arterial if you are feeling pulses. You can start by getting an exam by a hand specialist and or vascular surgeon. Aneurysms of digital arteries in the hands are extremely rare.
