Post nasal drip: Sometimes we have discharge from our nose / sinsuses in the back of our throat called post nasal drip. Can be during allergy season or with a cold or irritation by GERD ( gastric reflux). elevate head of bed with pillow under mattress, consider zyrtec before going to bed, consider treatment for GERD if you have it . f/u with doc
