For 2 days ive had a terrible sore throat lots of green mucus coming out of my sinuses. also deep deep coughs that bring up speckled tan or livht brownflem which is very very hard to cough up. headaches im worried?

Sounds like you have a viral upper respiratory infection. Usually no reason to worry but if you are very concerned you can present to an Urgent Care center. They will probably prescribe an antibiotic. Will do no good but at least it will make you less worried
