Coughing: Sorry to hear that. It could be sinusitis with post nasal drip making you cough. Covid-19 is a possibility and another possibility is pneumonia. Chest pain can be secondary to cough causing inflammation of ribs or due to pneumonia. Please consult a local physician to get examined and get treated and tested appropriately. Please quarantine until then.
