Sinusitis: You are describing sinusitis. First line treatment is decongestants (eg, pseudoephedrine) and anti-inflammatories if it's painful (Ibuprofen). If there are any allergies or seasonal components, then antihistamines are added (eg, cetirizine). Chronic sinusitis may also benefit from nasal inhaled steroids. Only if fever, sharp pain, or increase in tenderness over sinuses are antibiotics helpful.

Probable sinusitis : U probably have a sinus infection. Left untreated there may be residual inflammation and predisposition to relapses. U ought to be seen by an ENT MD for definitive examination and treatment; if no antibiotics warranted, consider non pharmacological cleansing such as netti pot /saline rinses.
