I have a uti 4weeks ago. my rbc is tntc then after antibiotics it became 25-30.. i also had kub and everything is normal. after two weeks i repeat my urinalysis the rbc is now 8-10? what does it mean? is it serious? i'm afraid.

Keep a watch: RBCs in the urine means that you have a source of bleeding in the urinary tract. The commonest cause is Infectiopns, whichc an be cleared with antibiotics. Right now your RBC numbe ris close to normal. yet bleeding can be periodic, so do get repeat Urinalysis once every 2-3 weeks for the next 2-3 months to make sure the RBC numbers do not increase and come down
