I told the doctor that i had jock itch and she gave me hydroderm cream and loratadine and chlorphenamine tabs so i believe it can cure my itch away?

No: Jock itch is usually from a monilial infection and the RX given is unlikely to help. You need to keep the area dry by regularly using an antiperspirant. In the meanwhile you need a topical antifungal cream +/- topical cortisone prep.
