About a week ago i noticed a hard bump on my labia minora and it itches like crazy. should i be scared or will it go away? any creams b4 i see my doc?

Compresses: Something like that could be a simple cyst. That can be treated with a warm compress, 10-15 min a few times a day. For the redness and itching hydrocortisone can be used twice daily for up to a week. If it worsens, or just doesn't go away see your doctor.

Go see MD first: Don't apply anything to the itching bump until you see the MD as they will better be able to diagnose what it is and how best to treat it.
