Penis problem: There are several entities which could cause the swelling of skin after trauma. Some of those are types of hives which result from pressure, however they are transient intend to go away pretty fast without much itching. If you have continued problem with this you're going to have to photograph the skin as it develops its problem and then show that picture to your dermatologist.
