Hand washing: the best way to prevent catching a cold is to wash your hands frequently, with either soap and water or a alcohol based hand sanitizer. Cold viruses are spread by touching a contaminated surface and then touching your nose, eyes and mouth. So, avoid touching your face, bring some hand gel and enjoy your son's field trip!
