Bio
Dr. Wagner has been in private practice in the St. Louis metro east for 14 years. She is a native of Belleville, IL. She enjoys teaching both in her practice and outside of the practice. She is part of the resident training program for St Louis Children's Hospital where she helps teach doctors about pediatric primary care in her office.
Dr. Wagner is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana where she was awarded the Bronze Tablet. She received a degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. She completed medical school at St. Louis University and went on to pediatric residency at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St Louis. Dr. Wagner stayed on at Cardinal Glennon for an extra year as the Chief Resident in Pediatrics before finally starting in private practice in Illinois.
Dr. Wagner serves on the Medical executive committee at her local hospital as well as on the Physician Advisory Board for a pediatric home health agency.
When she is not at work, Dr Wagner enjoys baseball, especially attending St Louis Cardinals games, weight lifting, travel and reading. She has 2 children and 3 four- legged kids, a golden retriever, a black lab and a chihuahua.
