A few things: Having bad genetics is unfortunate. There may not be anything to guarantee you won’t have Alzheimers, but maximizing brain health is best: healthy eating with lots of vegetables & fruits for antioxidants, regular aerobic exercise to help circulation, NOT smoking, & daily reading/word puzzles & possibly Sodoku , along with regular social interactions can help
