Prophylaxis: If one son has influenza his sibling can take tamiflu (oseltamivir) - but it should be prescribed for him by your pediatrician rather than taking leftovers from his brother.

No: Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is not indicated for prophylaxis. If he has symptoms treatment may help in the early stages of disease.
