Eat healthy: There is no one answer. It may make sense to only eat fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, and a few whole grains (quinoa, brown rice, buckwheat) for one week. Minimize starchy vegetables. Avoid all animal products.

Bagels & lox :) But:: I can't help notice today is Yom Kippur, when many Jews will be fasting. It's healthy to fast now and then, though unhealthy to not drink, so when I fast I drink some water- makes it easier. While bagels, lox, cream cheese and kugel are common afterwards, I advise lighter fare like salads, soups, steamed veggies, fruit and nuts, though 24 hours is a short enough fast that any healthy food is OK.
