Balanced diet : Your best bet is always a balanced diet ... Higher in fruits and vegetables and low in refined sugars with some protein. Don't forget to drink plenty of water (always a good rule is 1/2 of your body weight (kg) = # of ounces of water you should have daily). Hope that helps!
