More likely ....: .. that the pink-tinged water is evidence of microscopic bleeding from residual or recurrent kidney stones. It's been a year and a half since you had the lithotripsy. Any injury to the kidney is almost always acute, i.e. immediately after the procedure and transient. I suggest you see your nephrologist/urologist for follow-up tests to check on the status of your kidney stones and kidney functon.
