I am 40 w history of 3 stones. had lithotripsy to remove stone in right kidney 4 mths ago. follow up us normal, but now have mild intermittent pain on left side. blood shows bun of 20 (high end of normal) & creatine of 1.09 (past ~1.0). significant?

Indeterminate: Left side pain in this context may suggest another stone forming in the left kidney. The increase in creatinine is not alarming, more values will be needed for a trend.
