Diagnosis? : An all over body rash in a newborn certainly may be benign rash that is self limited, requiring no treatment. It may also be a sign of something more serious. How is she feeding? Is she sleeping her usual? Does she wake to feed? Does she have some times she is alert and awake. What was your group b strep status? Did you have a fever when she was born? We may be able to help in a prime visit.
