I have a one year golden retriever dog vaccinated & showers once a week, is that any threat to my daughter (20 days old) he doesn't come near to her yet & we were never allergic please advice

Maybe : Sometimes animals are jealous of being displaced as the chief most object of your affection by your newborn. Also, while that breed may be great at running and grabbing a ball and bringing it back to you, you want to make sure that she doesn't run and chomps down on the infant's arm or leg and drag her back to you. You also don't want her to lick baby's face.

Low risk: This is a low risk situation for your baby. Golden retrievers are not on the list of dog breeds known to maul children. As you mention if you and your husband do not suffer from allergies, chances are your child will not either, and certainly not as a 20 day old. It is reasonable to keep him out of baby's room. The rules change when she starts toddling, so keep in touch! Congrats!
