My cat bit my 12 year old daughter, i wash with soap and water and applied alcohol right away, is that enough? my cat never go out is a house cat but not vaccinated. is it ok?

Should be OK. House cats are generally not considered rabid. If you are still concerned, watch the cat next 10 days for aggressive behavior.

Maybe. House cats with no outside exposure are not considered a rabies risk. However, their bites often trigger an infection at the site from germs in their saliva. Monitor the site closely and have her seen if you see increasing redness and or swelling at the site.
