You really needn't worry: Ttere are no medical conditions and no medications that make COVID vaccination unsafe. She definitely should be vaccinated.

Your Epilem is not at all a contraindication for any vaccine. It will not promote any specific injection reactions either. So, no rationale to avoid appropriate vaccinations.
