No: No, you cannot get gonorrhea in your mouth/throat from not properly brushing your teeth, You can, however, develop caries, gingivitis, and even periodontitis, so brush your teeth properly.

Gonorrhea: Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease, and is not transmitted because of poor oral hygiene. Poor oral hygiene can cause infections of oral hard and soft tissues, halitosis, etc. Gonorrhea is treated with antibiotics. Please see your Physician for medication, and your Dentist for oral rehabilitation. Be forthright with both practitioners about your medical & dental histories.
