If taking inhaler steroids and washing out mouth and spitting, brush teeth ect to prevent thrush. what can you take to rinse out throat of the steroids ? aloe juice?

If you have not used a spacer yet, you should get one to use with the inhaler.
I have not heard about Aloe juice but in addition to rinsing your mouth with plain water after each use with spacer, you can rinse your mouth with water and baking soda (one table spoon in 1 liter of water), 2-3 times a day, the idea here is that the fungus hates salty environments.
