Good calorie recomme: You should adopt an approach to the number of calories consumed for 24 hours that is commensurate with your daily activity level. Generally in a sedentary male in America, 1500 calories per 24 hours is enough to maintain current weight. 70% of those caloris hould be from lean protein like fish and chicken; 15% of those calories should be from fat sources (preferably unsaturated fat sources).
