Probably not: related. Scarlet fever is strep with a rash, no more serious than that. Children of this age tend to get a lot of viral infections and some bacterial. Without knowing the specifics of the other illnesses, it's hard to know if there's an underlying problem. Please discuss with her doctor and/or ask for a referral to a immunology specialist.
