Make certain you are eating a high potassium diet if Dr says OK. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. “Eating” is not very helpful-any particular food, hot or cold food/drink/ what you eat/drink/smoke before they happen. Meds? Exercise time of day. Keep a diary and show to Dr.

In your situation, because your PAC's are so symptomatic, I favor the use of beta blocker therapy. If you don't tolerate beta blockers, diltiazem or verapamil can suppress atrial irritability. Stress, alcohol & caffeine aggravate atrial irritability.
