Where is it?: If it's on your face or a delicate area, a plastic surgeon may be best, but often a dermatologist or even a general surgeon can do as well.

Size,location,skill?: This is not a straightforward answer and will depend on the size of the lipoma, the location, the skills of the surgeon, insurance coverage or ability to access/afford the practitioner desired.
