Caution: I would choose Clindamycin over Amox as I suspect you have MRSA .... BUT it is very unwise to take old medicines and left over meds means you didn't complete the original treatment. Not taking the full course of antibiotics only partially treats the germ - kills the weak ones and teaches the strong ones to fight harder next time. Soon the meds may not work.
