Dog bite me but the wound is super shallow and did not puncture skin. it really looks like nothing. should i be concerned for rabies for anything?

Probably not: If there is no open wound (i.e. it didn't puncture the skin) then it's unlikely that you would have contracted rabies. If the dog is a pet of yours or someone you know, you can find out if they're up to date on their shots. If not (but they are someone's pet), usually you just watch the dog for symptoms of rabies.
