Vag. birth is likely: The "head down position" or cephalic/vertex at 38 wks improves your chances of a vaginal birth. "Her looking up or looking down" at this time is not of great importance. Her position when you go into labor, not now, may affect the progress of your labor and your chances of giving birth vaginally. Think positive. The odds are in your favor.
