Probably: Your blood flow is generally increased in amount and speed (velocity) when you are pregnant..and lying down pressed UPWARD so that the heartbeat/blood flow is TRANSMITTED to your head/ears. It will likely greatly diminish after delivery! Hope this helps! Dr Z
