Not necessarily: It means his head is larger than average but that is ok if you had a normal pregnancy, labor and delivery, and he is developing well and he has no medical issues. If the head size is stable and growing appropriately as measured with each visit and not growing disproportionately larger than his height and weight, then it is nothing to worry about

No: As long as it is following the same growth percentile, that would be considered normal. There is often a history of similar head circumferences in the family. All the best.

NOT PARTICULARLY: Stable parameters are usually normal,while a worrisome feature would be crossing growth lines from average to large.That would require some additional workup.Often at least one parent has a big head (genetic influence). Since I've lived with this for quite a while I don't think its a problem.It can become a problem when trying to find a hat that fits.
