Unsure but . . .: If this is truly non-alcohol induced fatty liver changes, then this may have more to do with your % body fat, and not necessarily just your actual weight.In other words, a person can be near or close to their expected weight (relative to their height), but still be carrying too much of that weight as body fat. Best treatment may not necessarily be to lose weight, but to convert fat to lean muscle
