Liver issue. : As you’ve repeated the enzyme tests and found elevated levels again, it’s time for a work-up. You need blood testing for infectious, genetic, inflammatory or metabolic issues. You also need an ultrasound to image the liver and surrounding structures. As your levels have remained high, this work-up is necessary.
