A spider nevus appeared on cheek. i was drinking too much but liver bloods are fine as is ct. could it be unrelated to liver. worried about cirrhosis?

Spider nevus: Spider nevus comes about because of estrogen stimulation. As this relates to alcohol it inhibits metabolism of estrogen compounds in the liver. Glad you do not have cirrhosis, but that does still not mean you are not drinking too much alcohol. Other sources of excess estrogen is adipose or fat tissue. This converts testosterone to estrogen. Xenoestrogens in the environment effect this too.
