Keep active: As much as is possible for you. If you are overweight, this is hard on your knees, too. Having oa makes us want to sit and rest, but that is the worst thing to do. Keep moving. Slowly, maybe. Just walking if that what you can do. Keep with your pt. Don't give up. Don't get old before your time!
