Weight gain/loss: Given the weight gain while trying to lose weight, I'd recommend having your thyroid lab checked. If that is normal, then you need to try a different weight loss system. Try eliminating all breads and pastas. Try adding unsalted nuts and Chia seeds and protein drinks. You need normal daily exercise including resistance (WEIGHTS AND BANDS) and cardio. Consult with a trainer or nutritionist.
