Anxiety: There are many antidepressants and other meds that are helpful for anxiety. Best to discuss your situation with prescribing doctor or a psychiatrist. Several options: 10 mg Paxil (paroxetine) is a low dose--if there ae problems with paxil (paroxetine) then change to a different med with fewer side effects (weight gain, sexual impairment) could be a better answer than adding another medication. The choice of additional med depends upon the frequency and duration of panic attacks. There are also behavioral treatments to reduce and abort panic attacks that work well!
