Anxiety and panic: are difficult to endure and treat. If medications provide any relief in frequency, intensity or duration without bad side effects then take them as directed by prescriber. Inositol may help. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking. Get good sleep, nutrition, exercise. Psychotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, support groups may help. Best regards.
