Is there a drug that works as good as paxil (paroxetine) for anxiety and panic? have had luck with it in past but gained huge amount of weight. zoloft was a no go

CBT: Most SSRIs and medications used for more than very short term anxiety control involve risk of weight gain and many are not successful for the symptom anyway. Whatever you use and it may be possible to side step meds, find a CBT therapist you can work well with. Learn skills to deal w/ those issues. Best!
