Depending : Depending on the severity of your acne, there are several options. There are prescription topical creams/gels such as tretinoin, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide that can help. Topical or oral antibiotics could also be used in combination with the above topical therapies. If your acne is hormonal related (and you are a woman), oral contraceptives can sometimes be helpful. If you have severe, nodulocystic acne (and potential scarring), Accutane would be a good option for your skin. It is very important to get your acne treated early, before any scarring has a chance to develop, so i would recommend you see a dermatologist.
