Need help: Sounds like what's missing from the equation is "regular professional care." Dental disease (tooth, gum, etc) does not self cure. False teeth must be remade periodically. Please see a Dentist for an evaluation. If gums are diseased the services of a Periodontist may be in order. If white spots are lesions the services of an Oral Surgeon may be in order. False Teeth ?: If so, you my have sore spots due to an ill fitting denture. Please see a local dentist for a consultation.
