Wisdom teeth tissue: The vast majority of time it will be scar tissue. It most likey will appear whitish in nature and can be prone to ulcerate if traumatized by say a hard chip or other types of hard food. If it is a concern, just mention it to your dentist at your next periodic exam and cleaning.
