Very unlikely: Scoliosis in prepubertal child often progresses though.

Once you have : Stopped growing and are skeletally mature, a minor scoliosis will be unlikely to progresss unless it is in the lumbar spine and then it might after a number of years with disc degeneration and/or if you develop osteoporosis. Once a curve has reached 50 degrees, even after skeletal maturity, it has a risk of progression of one degree a year with a 75% risk.
