Very unlikely: unless you know the person was infected and there was definite contact with body fluids on shaved areas that had open cuts. Good on you for using protection at all times. Get tested if you have reason to suspect the partner had HIV and are still worried.

No increased risk: HIV has never been known to be transmitted because of irritation or minor cuts from shaving. If you used a condom, you're safe. No worries and no need for testing.

Very Unlikely: You used protection. unless you were exposed to blood from your partner chances are very small.
