HIV is blood to blood transmission. If you don't have any cuts or open wounds than you should be fine, unless she bites your penis where blood is released. Practice safe sex always so no worries in future.

Though the virus can be transmitted through body fluids such as blood, semen, etc. there is a low biological possibility for transmission through oral sex of about 5%. Remember prevention is always better than cure.
