A member asked:

Should breakfast be the heaviest and dinner the lightest meal of the day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Shabbir Hossain answered

Great idea: Think of it this way. You have all day to burn off the calories from breakfast but just a few hours before bedtime to burn off calories fro dinner.
