Radiologist: In these situations I feel the best practice is for your primary care physician or neurologist to review the images with the radiologist who interpreted the studies and then discuss their findings and suggestions for any further investigation or referral to other specialists with you. If you're still not satisfied with their explanation, bring the films to another radiologist for a second opinion
