Not really: only if the hemorrhoid are painful it could cause problem because the patient avoid having BM because of the pain. in general you need to keep your bowels soft, by drinking a lot of water, average 10-12 bottles a day. you need to eat more fruits, and drink juices, you need to eat more fibers, more vegetables. you need to exercise daily. you might need to take some stool softener.
