External hemorrhoid: while internal hemorrhoids can occur without bleeding, external hemorrhoids will cause itching and pain. Try increasing the fiber in your diet, reduce the time you sit on the toilet, and use witch hazel/medicated pads on the area. If this fails to improve in two weeks, see your doctor.
